service that allows private traders to exchange payment online. Payments
can be made via Visa or Mastercard, and are received
"instantly". To use this service, both parties of a
transaction need to register with PayPal first.
PayPal is not an escrow service
- it is only a payment method. In other words, using PayPal does not in
any way guarantee the merchandise itself. Please note that PayPal and
Videogon are two completely separate entities, and neither company shall be
responsible for the actions of the other.
